According to the Consumer Protection Act, you can return or exchange a product within 14 days of purchase.

To take advantage of this opportunity, please ensure that:

  • the product has not been used and has no signs of use: scratches, chips, scuffs, the software has not been modified, etc.
  • the product is fully assembled and the integrity of the packaging is not violated
  • all labels and factory markings are preserved

If the product does not work, the exchange or return of the product is carried out only if there is a conclusion from a service center authorized by Panasonic that the operating conditions have not been violated.

You must have with you:

  • passport
  • goods receipt
  • warranty card

We will return the money to you immediately or within 7 working days if the required amount is not in the cash register.

If at the end of 14 days from the moment of purchase the product fails, and the warranty period has not yet expired, you can contact an authorized service center. If the service center cannot carry out warranty repairs within the specified period, you have the right to replace the non-working product or receive money for it.

For this you need to provide:

  • goods with complete set
  • warranty card
  • document confirms payment
  • conclusion of the service center with a note that the product has a "significant defect"

We will return the money to you immediately or within 7 working days if the required amount is not in the cash register.
