Caring for and cleaning your air fryer
It is very important that you keep your deep fryer clean and maintain it, as this will not only prolong the life of your appliance, but can also help to ensure that it cooks your food perfectly for years to come. Below we have listed some of the most important points to consider when caring for and maintaining your air fryer:
Cleaning guide
Before you start:
- Always remember to switch off your air fryer (unplug it) before you start cleaning.
- The baking tray, the water tank and the lid of the water tank are the only components that are dishwasher-safe.
- Check the underside, the exhaust and suction openings and other hard-to-reach areas of your air fryer about once a month for accumulated dirt or stains.

Cleaning the external surfaces
There are a few things to bear in mind when cleaning the outside of your air fryer:
- When cleaning your air fryer, never immerse the main housing in water and do not use paint thinner, benzine, alcohol, cleaning powder or stiff brushes to clean your air fryer.
- To clean the outside of your air fryer, simply use a damp cloth to wipe the surfaces to keep them clean.
Cleaning the frying basket and baking tray
The following points should be noted when cleaning the deep-frying basket and baking tray:
- The baking tray of your air fryer is dishwasher-safe, but the frying basket is not. Therefore, make sure that you do not put both in the dishwasher.
- Wash the respective parts with a diluted detergent solution, a sponge and water. Dry any wet or damp spots from the outside of the basket.
- Do not use the basket as a cleaning container.
- Discoloration or streaks may appear on the fluorine-coated surfaces of the basket and the bowl; these do not affect the performance of your air fryer and are completely normal.
- There are air duct holes at the top of the frying basket. Do not allow water to enter these air ducts. Please drain the basket immediately after cleaning if water has entered the air ducts.

NF-CC600 - Let's start cooking!

Gentle steam supply
The "Gentle steam addition" function generates water from the integrated tank, which is then fed into the frying basket to moisten the food. This mode is particularly suitable for chicken or fish.
